Kids' Clubs Registration

Please fill out the form below to register your kiddos for Kids' Clubs. Clubs are for children in 1st - 5th grades.

Please note there are THREE options now:

Option 1 - Club Q (Co-Ed club) at Quakertown the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesdays of the month.
Option 2 - Royal Rangers (Boys' Club) at Pennsburg each Tuesday
Option 3 - Girls' Ministries (Girls' Club) at Pennsburg each Tuesday

All clubs meet from 6:15-7:45pm.

Annual fee for all clubs is $30 and is payable by cash or check made out to Morning Star Fellowship on your first night. Additional fees may be necessary throughout the year for special events.
