Join us for an unforgettable day of community, connection, and compassion at our Mega Block Party on Saturday, October 4th! This family-friendly event will feature free groceries for families in need, carnival games, kids activities, food, and more—all designed to bless and serve our community.

We need YOU to help make it all happen! There are plenty of ways to get involved—before, during, and after the event. Check out the volunteer opportunities below and find your place to serve:

🙌 Pre-Event Teams

• Set-Up Team: Help transform our space and get everything ready for the party!

• Unloading Grocery Team: Assist with unloading groceries from the Convoy of Hope delivery truck.

• Grocery Packaging Team: Pack giveaway bags filled with groceries for single moms and families in need.

🎪 Serving During the Event

• Registration Team: Welcome guests, collect basic info, and guide them into the event.

• Carnival Games Team: Build and host your own fun carnival-style game station!

• Cosmetology Team: Offer free haircuts to bless members of our community.

• Cooking Team: Serve up hotdogs, popcorn, and smiles all day long.

• Parking Team: Direct traffic and help families cross safely.

• Safety Team: Be alert and help ensure a safe environment for everyone.

• Prayer Team: Be present in our prayer tent to offer spiritual support to those who ask.

🧒 Kids Ministry Teams

• Crafts Station: Lead fun, hands-on crafts for kids.

• Child Care: Love and care for little ones while parents enjoy the event.

• Face Painting: Use your artistic side to brighten a child’s day.

• Mothers Market Volunteers: Help moms "shop" for free essentials and care items.

🧹 Post-Event Teams

• Event Clean-Up: Help us restore the space once the party winds down.

• Guest Follow-Up: Reach out after the event to thank guests and connect them to church life.
